Default Dirty water river

I just started fishing the Susquahanna river out of the Pittston launch
here in Pa.

the water is like chocolate milk, maybe 1-2 foot visibility.

It holds smallies, muskie, asst. cats for the most part.

I've had some success throwing char/white willowleaf spinnerbaits
with large gold blade and silver secondary blade. Took a few smallies
and got bit off by a muskie. Seems like thats all they wanted last weekend.

What would you throw?

Thanks,
