Default Plano Company = great customer service

I busted the handle on one of my Plano tackle boxes yesterday.

I emailed Plano customer service last night inquiring about a
replacement handle, and offered to pay for it - as the box was long
out of warranty. All they had to do was provide me a name and number
for who to contact with credit card info.

Plano emailed this morning that a handle is on the way, no charge.
