I didn't think there was any water in SW Arizona (except what you
could get from chewing the pulp of a barrel cactus. ;-)


I caught a 5.5 (ok 5.49) lb largemouth today. Also nailed a couple smaller
bass.

The tough part about fishing those little watering holes in the desert is
getting my 20' bass boat turned around at speed before I hit the other side.
Seriously, the Colorado River is a pretty decent fishery. On a good day I
can run 30 or 40 miles in one direction.
