I lost a good friend who rode simply for exercise. Went out one day and
as he was coasting down to the gravel drive from his house, he lost
control as the front tire hit the gavel and down he went. Got a light
bump on the head and dirty. He got up dusted off. Said heck with it
and went back in the house. Sat down in his chair and after a while
told his wife he didn't feel right.

He died a week later as they were unable to stop the bleeding in his
brain. A light bump.

I really miss our chats.
