George, friends of mine were giving me a hard time this year when unleaded
was less than diesel fuel. Now, in my area, diesel is anywhere between 10
and 30 cents a gallon cheaper! Have you considered a diesel pickup truck?
They're not as noisy and smelly as they once were. I love my Duramax.

I am still researching this but I am considering propane. It is supposed to
be about $1.80 a gallon. The problem is the cost of the conversion.
Supposedly about $,2000. Mileage is supposed to be about the same. The one
problem with diesel is you can't find it everywhere. It is probably easxier
to find than propane. Here in town diesel seems to be availible at about 1/3
of the gas stations. Out of town it might be a problem. If I could afford
the diesel I could probably also afford a Transfer Flow tank to increase my
capacity. They work well, I installed about five of them in the new Fords in
our towing fleet.
