I don't know if this H&H lures was one of their trade names. They have an
h&H lure compnay located in Baton Rouge, Louisana.

You're right. It was just HH, which of course stood for Hugh Harville. I
know I've got some grubs around here with the HH logo on the tail.
H&H on the other hand was/is the home of the famous H&H spinner -- a
little single bladed spinnerbait with an asprin style head and a double
hook.
