Default halibut in Alaska

I've fished my whole life on Lake Erie perch and bass, Lake Ontario with a
38 lbs Salmon, Northern Ontario for pickerel, and recently the Yukon,
Nunavet, NWT, and Alaska. For char, grayling, and dolly vardens.

It is a rare thing to have a fishing experience out of the ordinary. While I
was in Homer, Alaska, I took a charter on the Daria which was captained by
Chuck Hoff. It was the first time I ever met the man, but I was very
impressed. He picked me up at my campsite and away we went for halibut. To
make a long story short I came back with a 105, 93 and 56 lbs. It was
cleaned and packaged for me. It was probable the friendliest and most
professionally run charter I've ever been on. There was a max of 4 fishermen
on the boat so we weren't standing there cheek-to-cheek.

I think Chuck's cell number was 907 227 3839. His charter price was also one
of the lower ones. We could use him here out East!
