Brook trout
Golden trout (the real kind, not some albino rainbow)
Lake Trout

Rocky Mountain Whitefish

Northern Pike

A squawfish or two, but these were accidental

red-finned suckers (happens every year during runoff as I dredge the
bottom with big nymphs)

I have also caught, but not on the fly, and not necessarily close to home:

Walleye
Chinook Salmon
Coho Salmon
Sculpins
Perch

I can't think of any others.
