Sort of like what we call "off-road diesel fuel" in Alabama. It costs less
because it's not subject to the state-imposed tax used for highway upkeep
since it isn't used on the hiway. Gas used in boats in some states are
exempt from this tax for the same reason. Sure wish Alabama was one of
them!

Heck, if you're rich, live in Texas and use as much gas as possible you
