Why the hell would anyone want a Citgo card when you can get a Chase
Bank Visa and get 5% of *all* gas regardless where it is purchased,

That's a good one, and the Citi rewards card is comparable. They are in a
kind of bidding war right now - Citi gives you $50 when you put your first
charge on the card, and Chase was up to $100 last week (iirc).
