St Croix Customer Service
Just wanted to relay my good experience with St Croix rods. While I can't
seem to catch a bass in Wisconsin, I've been VERY successful at getting good
customer service out of the State's best fishing rod manufacturer. I
recently sent 7 Premier Series rods to them for various tiptop & guide
repairs. There were probably 15 parts that needed replacement overall. The
turnaround time was about 3 weeks & total cost including return shipment was
around $75. Now I've got 7 like-new excellent rods back in my arsenal.
