Cheese paste
On Wed, 28 Dec 2005, Andy Lawson, gave forth these words of wisdom:
It's been a very long time since I made up and used cheese past but the
mix I use to make up was Brie and Danish Blue. Not the easiest to make
up as it's a soft and sticky mess when warm, but after putting in the
fridge for a while it was firmer but still pliable when cold. Strong
and smelly and use to come out a pale green colour!
