I have heard very little good or bad (like nearly nothing) about Bottom Line
fishfinders except the all-in-one that clamps on the side of a jon boat.
The guys who have those think they are pretty good.

You night stop in over at Bass Boat Central and ask in their
Electrical-Electronics & Trolling Motors board or do a search and see if
Bottom Line has been discussed there in the past.
