I work in the tool and die dept of a steel perforating comp.

The attitude of the operations manager is work harder, not smarter.

He don't give a damn about a better way to do things. He just wants you to
make sure it gets done. Oh, don't worry that the job usually takes 3 days to
run. You'll have it done and ready to ship 3 weeks ago so his on time
scheduling looks good to the company president.

Hopefully Tuesday I'll hear about a new job. Aren't vacations nice? Take a
week off of work and look for a better place to work.

Works for me.
