Hey, what motor are you running on that new boat? Give is a heads up
on
perfomance numbers when you get it broke ine too.. I bet you can't
keep
up with this guy though.

Nope, I won't be able to run with him. I've got video of that boat

running
118 mph on it's maiden voyage with some tweaking and tuning to do yet.

But,
I might get a chance to drive it when I'm in Miami!

They give you any idea what kind of numbers to expect from that 250 XS ??

Hi Bob,

They're telling me that I should run in the mid-80's with ease, depending
on what prop I run. I was hoping to get a little better than that, and
seriously thought about the 300 Merc, but I'm going to wait until they run
the Optimax technology on the 300, and they bump up the horsepower
restrictions for BASS and FLW.

Steve

The BASS HP restrictions (and now FLW) are a concern because of club
affiliates that follow BASS (and now FLW) guidlines.

I've been thinking about seeing if I can trade in my 225 opti on a 250 XS
for my Bass Cat myself.

LocalNet dialup IMO is a criminal organization.
Have not used them in years but they continue to bill me.
