The BASS HP restrictions (and now FLW) are a concern because of club
affiliates that follow BASS (and now FLW) guidlines.

I've been thinking about seeing if I can trade in my 225 opti on a
250
XS
for my Bass Cat myself.

I was told that with the Merc 300 that I could get into the low to
mid-90's.
I was liking that idea but then reality reared it's ugly head. So I'll
have
to be content with running the the mid-80's. Sigh......
