It does say that. It also says there was no indication that anyone
involved was under the apparent influence of alcohol or drugs. It also
says that Katherine Armstrong was an eye-witness. So are you prepared
to accept it in its entirety as an accurate reflection of the facts?
BTW, it was done on Monday.

So, are you suggesting that the quote which says, in part "A report that the
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department issued Monday..." is wrong? Or do you
mean that it was instead Monday? Not that I'm arguing.....it just seems to
me that nothing in the quote.....or in your typically brilliant
analysis.....precludes the possibility that it may actually have been
Monday. And, of course, one can hardly deny the obvious fact that it may
have been Monday.........or (who knows?) maybe even Monday, for that matter.
