Ok, I will bite on this one. In previous disagreements and at various
times you have attacked me personally rather than the issues. I am not
going to sit here and tell you I am without sin in those exchanges but
that is not the question you asked.

You have placed yourself at times in a holier than thou status on your
fishing skill and your position in life. I wanted to consider you a
*friend* and to a certain extent someone to emulate in terms of life
style as I begin to wind down the last 15 years of my career and start
to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I was the one you allowed to post to
ROFF that your cancer scare was a false alarm during your hiatus and we
had a long but civil disagreement via email on Kerry. Neither of us
changed anyone's mind but we kept it civil. And we've both had good
laughs over my misadventures that night with a mouse pattern. My waist
size and my inability to cast a #4 mouse with a four weight line
inadvertently place on a six weight rod is no more indicative of my
knowledge of anything than is the size of your investment portfolio,
your cancer surviorship, and your ability to vacum fish out of the
Rapid River using your nymphing techniques.

At the same time it pains me to see that any post by you will result in
an almost immediate ****ing contest with certain people, one of which
is a friend and fishing partner. Most of the time I've just learned to
*mark thread as read* and move on. From my last bitter exchange between
you and I plus the one between Mr. Church and myself I have decided it
is just not worth it. If I will be able to continue that practice
really remains to be seen.
