Very easy really, set up a compost heap with old fruit, vegetables etc at
the back of your garden and turn it over every other day to put air into the
heap, buy some worms from your local tackle shop and place them in the
compost at different places and let nature take its course.

You should have a ready supply in approx 3 month's.
