What is everyones favorite fly pattern to fish?

I am hooked on dry flies at the moment and I find myself falling back to Elk
hair caddis (Tan) and Muddler Minnows.

Even now, in nymph / spring season I have to try one of those 2 out
everytime. (Just in case)
