Default Orvis Pro Guide2 Waders. Opinions?

I have had Pro Guide 2's for two full seasons now, and fish in them about 20
days a year. I'm typically a bit rough on gear, although 20 days use per
year isn't what I would consider a lot. They have held up very nicely, and I
really like several of the features. The hand warmer pocket is really nice,
the tippet spool pocket is perfect for a camera (in a plastic bag), the
suspenders are comforatble and easy to use, and the ergonomic booties
actually fit. I have not had any seam leaks. I did have a small leak due to
them getting dirtier than I should have let them, and when I knelt in the
river, a bit of moisture passed through and dampened my wader pants. My only
problem has been sizing. I bought large / short, which, according to the
sizing chart, was a perfect fit for my height and weight. Unfortunately,
they are a little short in the inseam, and I have a hard time lifting my leg
high enough to get over some logs, or scramble up a stream bank. Next time,
I think I would do a bit more trial fitting first.

Thats interesting. I bought a pair of Orvis Enduras a few days ago.(My
6 year old pair of non breathable lightweights finally wore out, a
hole in the heel of the neoprene booties.) I also bought the
large/shorts and I also find them to be a little tighter in the inseam
than I'm used to. I don't think it'll be a big problem and since most
waders wear out in the crotch from loose cloth rubbing together it may
actually make them last longer. But according to the chart they should
have fit me perfectly.

I need to purchase a pair of waders. The Orvis Pro Guide2 Waders are
on sale for $189 - normal price is $289 -- (and I have another $35
off). So, $154. They seem to be well made. Does anyone own them and
can you offer your impressions? Are there suggestions for a better
wader in that price range? For example, anything better at Cabela's?

Thanks in advance.
