Fontana is too far away, there has to be a decent trout stream
somewhere along the Blue Ridge Parkway long before you get to
Cherokee. Besides, I don't fish Fontana Lake, it looks like a
toilet bowl with a big red **** ring running all around it.
Ugliest friggin' impoundment I ever saw.

portion of NC. It's the best I can do, even as a local/native. My haunts are
