And, it you substituted one of your little plastic minnows for the live
one, you're back to pure fly fishing.


Fishing with bait isn't fly fishing, it's bait fishing. Fishing
with plastic minnows isn't fly fishing, it's lure fishing.
Fishing with fur and feathers tied to a hook, *that's* fly fishing.
Not that there's anything wrong with using a fly rod to fish any
legal way you want to fish, but fly rod notwithstanding if you
ain't fishing with a fly you ain't fly fishing.

In my ain't never been humble opinion, of course. ;-)


Yeah, whatever... from the guy with a bobber on his fly line. Oh, wait you
hoity toity fly guys call that a strike indicator. LOL. :^)
