hardly any wind.

Just looked at the accumulated rain for the State College/Penns Creek area.
Looks like they to escaped with about a half an inch. Still in the clean-up
mode after the storm, so couldn't make it up there with the crew if I tried.
Damn, I could'a been a contender.
