I've been using power pro for a fair length of time. I have a lot of
trouble with it looping and resulting in a knot well into the spool. I
use a spinning reel. Tried various suggested solutions all to no avail.
Is there any other braided line that I could use. (other than fireline)

Hate to sound so "me too" here, but Power Pro is fine for spinning reels in
my opinion (10 and 20lb test on various size reels). The key is to get it
spooled initially with as little line twist as possible. At least, that's
what I key on.

Honestly, I doubt if you're having issues with twisting/looping, that any
other brand would perform any better in the same situation. YMMV.
