Ken, you confound two different things (at least). Of course everyone can be
said to have a set of attitudes, opinions and beliefs (AOBs), arrived at
thru experience, education and even indoctrination. And you are choosing to
see these as "ideologies" (although you hedge a bit by sometimes appending
the word "personal"). And so by your lights I guess we could call each of
these "ideologies" as "Kenism," "KenFism," DaveLCism" etc., etc, ad nausea.

You are confusing ideologies with ideologies which groups of people
agree with. Basically, "popular ideologies". Pacifism,
conservationism, progressivism (whatever the individual decides to
define that as), etc are all "popular ideologies".

You can define ideology however you want, but what you really mean is
ideologies that you don't like suck. Unless conservationism and
pacifism suck too (just trying to pick a couple that I figure you
mostly agree with, pick others if you like).

Sorry, the Ideologies I say suck, are those broad band systems of thought,
worldview, and conclusions, which seek to subjugate experience, observation
and experiment (to a greater or lesser degree) to conformity with
pre-determined conclusions.

In other words, ideologies that don't conform to your world view.
