Just another puerile myth popularized by a hack cowboys in tinfoil suits
writer. Free lunch is everywhere......ya just gotta know what it looks
like.

I used to help out with the photography here at work. Got invited to all
the major dinner and lunch seminars at the Stanford Faculty Club to capture
the events on film. As many of you know physicist aren't the most
fashionable and will never be considered in GQ magazine. What is funny about
all this, some of the homeless around the Stanford area would invite
themselves to these dinners and lunch-ins and pose as physicist. These
homeless were brilliant in that they could strike up a conversation on
protons and neutrons and hold their own. Anything for a free lunch...and a
good one too!
