Default Popeil Pocket Fisherman

Come on Dave. I have one around somewhere that somebody gave, After
completely disassembling, cleaning and lubricating it WORKS GREAT... seven
out of ten casts. I get pretty good distance too. With a measly little 2
ounce pancake sinker I can cast an amazing 30 or 40 feet almost every
time.
Now about line size. Come on. I have landed 10 pound stripers on 6lb
test.
The pocket Fisherman will handle atleast 10lb with a minimum of snarls.
No
more than three out of ten casts anyway.

Give that bad boy a try. Heck, you land a good fish with it and I'll send
a
letter to IGFA suggesting a NEW RECORD CLASS just for pocket fishermen.

Thanks, Bob. I'm back to excited. I don't need to cast since I'll probably
just hang it out of the kayak. Shouldn't have to work too hard to get a
fish into the boat since the side of the boat is only inches above the water
line. I guess I can't go wrong with a $20 investment. If it doesn't work,
I'll follow Dave's suggestion and give it to the grandkids.
