As Danl stated, everything is iffy right now. Top to bottom, the SJ is
running high. If you're planning on fishing in the Fresno area, access
is limited to a few roads below the dam, or some insider knowledge
through private access. The Lower San Joaquin is planted weekly, but
it's running up into the weeds and trees right now. You might call Herb
Bauer's for some better options. Ask for the fly fishing dept.
