To add another voice to the chorus -- on my first (only) trip out
there to play with the fishies, I had a wonderful time in that area. I
fished the Gardner at Sheepeater and Indian Creek. The brookies were
nearly suicidal around the campground, so it would be perfect for a kid
(or for a newbie like myself). :-)
