had claimed that Opie lived in a high tech mecca.

We've got a post from Joe saying that he didn't. I read it at the time
that Joe didn't. And it makes no sense to dispute where someone says
that they live. I presume that Op knows where he lives.

Based on all of the above, it seems obvious that Op (and you)
interpreted what Joe said wrong.

Once again, rather than actually asking for a clarification of
something that didn't seem to make sense, various people
(not you) resorted to name calling. That's ignorant....and it's
especially funny since it turns out that they were the one's who
where wrong.

Actually, now that I think about it more, it's even dumber than
that. Why would Joe post the unemployment data for the west
coast (where I live and Op was saying was a high-tech mecca)
if he thought that Op (in NC) lived in a high-tech mecca?

Personally I think that they owe Joe an apology.
