On what page(s) and coordinates are these two "Fawn" lakes?

The Fawn Lake that jeff refers to is in the northwest corner of the
park - actually it's Fawn Pass Tr west of Mammoth Springs where jeff
said it was.

I know where it is, I was there.

You still didn't say what page(s) the lakes are on in your gazetteer. Since you
said "according to" you ought to be able to say what pages have lakes labeled
"Fawn" on them. You also said they weren't that far apart, so they ought to be
on the same page, and you said "according to" the gazetteer 40's was just a
patch of weed - I'm curious to see how that's labeled on the map.

So, "according to" what page(s) in the gazetteer?

Ask Ken where his Fawn Lake is. They are not in the
same area. Ken's is in Montana and not *western* Montana.

40 said his was in Yellowstone off the Fawn Pass trail. There are some old
beaver ponds there that he probably confused with the lake, if he was even up
there at all and not just on a bar stool in Gardiner.
