Wow, what a week it's been! It started when I caught a 22 7/8 inch
smallmouth (didn't weigh it). It absolutely crushed a Secret Weapon

Then, my future son in law Brandon (Inky to those who attended last
year's NWC) found out he's getting Charles' Nitro, and yesterday I found
out what was probably the best bit of news.

Brandon and my daughter Rebecca are giving me a great Christmas present.
They found out that my third grandchild will be a grandSON!!!

WhooHooo, I have another little fishing rod to build! This one will have
BLUE wraps. :-)

So, I'm working a 24 hour shift today and tomorrow when I get home, I'll
change clothes, head to Wausau and pick Inky up. Then we're making the
trip to Nashville!

All in all, not a bad week.

Congratulations. My first grandchild will probably be next year, as
Youngest daughter (30) is getting married Aug 19.

Thank you! This will be grandkid #3 for me, but the first grandSON. While
I love them all, a grandson is something just a tad different. I can dress
this kid in camo, buy his first BB gun, teach him to make rude noises with
his arm-pit and do all kinds of neat things that I get in trouble for doing
with the girls!

I've been having a whole lot of fun lately. Congratualtions on your
upcoming family expansion.
