I thought that's what we've been doing (well, sorta). For those who don't
know, I run a computer support operation. At least once a week, a client
claims we never responded to their call. After research, it's usually
established that we responded in a timely fashion, but not with the desired
answer.

If you ask a question, there's a chance of not liking the answer, but that
doesn't mean the discussion didn't take place.
