Those of you with a Google account can read the first three pages of
this chapter by typing "The Ethics of Catch and Release Fishing" into
Google Book Search. Make sure the "All books" option is checked.

There is also a bit of the text available on Amazon. And their interesting
"concordance" stats. Hm!

After reading most of the appendix (which is really a chapter), I scent a
whiff of something I don't like about Evans. I can't tell yet if he is just
*reviewing* something I don't agree with, or if it is his personal, er,
calling. I have to read it more carefully. If the latter, I think it might
color how I read the rest of the book. But I still want to read section 5
for the overview.

The "technical" chapters (his phrase) are what amounts to a literature
review of the topic, not a bad thing, but, well, technical, and pretty tough
reading (for me.) Kant, Nietzshe, and Schweitzer. Big apples! And him
sort of taking to task some of his fellow philosophy professors who have
also written on the topic.
