RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (Reuters) - A Brazilian man died on Tuesday when he
tried to open what police believe was a rocket-propelled grenade with a
sledgehammer in a mechanical workshop on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro.

This must be a Brazil thing. We in the US blow up other countries. They
blow themselves up. As long as they don't take out innocent people or
fish at the same time, I'm all for it.
