Default C-Dory boats...

"River-Horse"...I had forgotten about that book. A friend gave it to me as
a gift a long time ago. It's a good read. I'll have to take a look at the
link to the boat photos.

That's the boat William Least Heat-Moon used to cross the continent
from New York harbor to the mouth of the Columbia (mostly) a few years
ago. Sounds like a good boat. You can read all about it in
"River-Horse: The Logbook of a Boat Across America. Good book.
