Your shirt may very well be "inappropriate" in public, but Frank's could
never be offensive, in public nor anywhere else, as long as it is taken in
context. Anyone who doesn't understand should ask about the shirts meaning,
before assuming something that might be considered disgusting to them.
Wear it at a clave or
to your local fishing watering hole or fly shop, but it *may* offend
someone in public.
If that shirt is offensive to someone, in public, they need to get out more
often.
If you want attention, there are better ways of
