The book is great (IMHO), and really gives you some insight into him
(past self promotion) and how he got where he is and how he views the
business.

Funny. I ordered his book from Amazon a couple days before you started this
thread. I look forward to reading it. Love the cover shot. Funny as heck,
but I bet it offends a lot of the "old guard." LOL.
