Bozeman, as in Bozeman, Montana equals "big city" ?!?

Does anyone have any suggestions on rivers to fish , places to see, places
to stay & places to eat?

The Gallatin fishes well year round and last time I was there
the Cafe Internationale was the best restaurant in Bozeman.
