I got a travel permit back in 1999, no checks were written to either
party. The purpose was specific to "verifying bass fishing
opportunities" as part of a credentialed group. (Good fishing btw).

Didn't you have an article published in a national ff mag a few years
back. Could kind of make you a free lance journalist, even if you
can't go as a tourist. g
