Default Colonoscopies redux

Because this was discussed here not too long ago, my apologies to
those who haven't yet attained old farthood.....


Actually, John, they're the only ones who should be concerned. Those
who have really achieved old farthood, like me, no longer need to be.

After my (second) colonoscopy, a couple of years ago, the doc said, "I
have good news, and good news."

"The good news is that you passed. And the other good news is, you'll
never have to go through this again."

He went on to explain that colonoscopies are not usually done on
anyone older than 75 because the risks outweigh the benefits.

So hang in there.....75 arrives a lot quicker than we expect it.
