In the absence of any objections, I am assuming the mantle of Swapmeister
for the ROFF 2007 Great Fly Swap. As ever, I must honor the past
contibutions of ROFF's illustrious swapmeister, Frank Church, whose shoes
remain hard to fill.

I'll post full details, instructions, and suggestions closer to the end of
2006, probably on the evening of 12/31. As always, signups will begin when
the ball drops in Times Square, at midnight EST. My inclination is to NOT
restict the number of participants; but if the early signups express an
interest in an upper limit, I may post an early cut-off. I know it can get
tedious after a few dozen (especially in my case, where it takes 60 to make
30 good ones), so we'll see how it goes.

So, the GFS2007 is alive. Check back on 12/31 for the rest.
