Gary,
I don't have the pattern, but from the photos I'll direct you to it
shouldn't be hard to make out the materials used. Go to YouTube.com
and search on Al Troth. There is one video, around seven minutes long
and in the video the camera pans some of Al's flies, including the
cricket and hopper. You can pause when you get to the cricket and
hopper
