Unless I'm mistaken, the 'half billion estate' is still theoretical.
Not only does the court have to determine what whoever is the heir OF,
they also have to determine if her most recent will was legal, and if
not, then its yet another court battle to determine exactly if her
daughter is indeed the heir.

I bet a SNN that before the actual amount of her settlement is
determined, the courts will rule that her last will that left
everything to her son was legit, so she is found intestate and
everything goes to Texas.
