I got 2 of them 1 Spinning and the other a Baitcaster. So far they are very
nice but I do feel that they will not take the abuse that other name brand
rods might.I broke both of them
and both of them my fault but if I was
using my Falcon rods I feel that they would not have broken. I think the
high graphite in them might have had something to do with it ??? Maybe not
but it sounds good
But the good thing about Crucial rods the dealer can
exchange them right on the spot for a new one.
That's pretty much about why I asked. I have a Shimano Crucial flipping
stick in the corner of my storage locker. It the second to have the tip
snap off in the same place. Both times it was definitely not my fault.
I've been debating whether or not I want to waste my $20 to ship it off
again just to have it break again.
I also know another local guy who has a couple Crucials with similar track
records, and I have heard of others.

The Curado is an excellent choice but then all I use is Shimano

How do feel about Shimano Crucial rods?
