Ok, found the parts I need.
They have the contact brushes and a whole new seal kit for the motor. Very
helpful with tips and tricks to putting the motor back together with ease.

I opened up the bottom of the motor. The shaft and brushes are fine. The
contacts are destroyed. They came out in several broken chunks. The current
is fine to the contacts so I just need the floating inserts and maybe the
cardboard buffer for the shaft. That seemed to get beat up from the
contacts deteriorating into the chamber.
wish me luck getting the parts.

I have a Minn Kota Endura 50Lb. thrust transom mount.
It has a noisy vibration in the motor by the prop. Is this a bent shaft?
Without the prop it still makes the noise and vibration.
If you have not done so already, remove the prop and run the motor to
see if the vibration is still there. Also check the prop for a
possible bent or cracked blade.
Is there anyway I can get my hands on a service manual for these or are
they
strictly for certified techs?
The MinnKota web site does not mention service manuals anywhere, but
there is a phone # for "technical information" 800-227-6433.
The MinnKota FAQ also says, "Props and shafts are not 100%
symmetrical. Often times simply removing the prop, rotating it 180
degrees, and reinstalling it will lessen or eliminate the incidence of
vibration."
Let us know what you find out.
