but human pepper spray isn't. I'd much rather get sprayed
with the human version than the bear version.


Canada had a ban on all pepper spray dating from the time when
pepper spray was exclusively a personal defense product but they
couldn't have foreseen that bear spray would soon become an almost
essential piece of outdoors equipment. To their credit it didn't
take them long to write an exception into the law. Now if somebody
would just tell the morons at the Pigeon River border crossing.
