I can't help you with the dubbing spinner, but I have adjustable tension
bobbins that are identical to the one shown. I don't know the brand, but I
bought them at my local fly shop, which has a web presence :

Though I don't see those bobbins on the web page, there is an 800 # that is
shown on the web page. If you describe the bobbin, Dave will know what you
are talking about. He might also be familiar with the dubbing spinner. If
