Ray, I don't know anything about the Culprit brand, but I can say nothing
but good things about the Secret Weapon Lures, especially the Sidearm
spinners. I get great action on the SWLs with nice oscillation,
vibration, and its ability to hold plane on a slow retrieve. Personally,
I prefer a slow retrieve on spinner baits and the SWLs are great for that.
